Trilogy La Quinta is a 55+ Active Adult community of 1,238 homes spanning 536 acres, built around a golf course. The community, built by Shea Homes, began in 2003 and was completed in 2011. There are 13 different home models, with less than 400 backing to the golf course. Trilogy homes range in size from 1,386 sq. ft. to 2,769 sq. ft.

The number of homes sold dropped by (-12%) to 92 vs. 104 in 2018. This reduction caused the total sales volume to slide by (-7%), or $3,107,490, resulting in a final annual volume of $43,617,361.

On an interesting note, the city of La Quinta overall experienced a (-4%) drop in individual home sales, yet their total dollar volume managed to climb (+1%) or $9,644,868, closing out 2019 with a total sales volume of $864,305,324. A handful of higher-priced luxury home sales likely accounted for this difference.
